A. Yes, the Clinical Trial Billing & Research Compliance Summit will be a live event held at the Royal Sonesta in New Orleans, LA on June 20-22, 2022. We are also offering a live streaming option though for those who cannot or do not wish to travel.

A. Yes! The Clinical Trial Billing & Research Compliance Summit will have many ways to meet and network with your peers. The live event will include networking coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch and a cocktail reception. If you are attending virtually, we will have chat functionality available.
Q: What will my registration get me?
A: We’ve got great news. Your in-person registration automatically includes FULL access to the live event, including all workshops and networking opportunities. Unfortunately, we cannot provide access to the Workshops for virtual attendees, but if choosing the Virtual option you will have access to all general sessions.
Q: What if my company does not allow me to travel for business? What if I am personally not comfortable attending the Clinical Trial Billing & Research Compliance Summit live?
A: We appreciate that there are company travel restrictions in place, we have therefore added a Live Streaming option to our registration packages.
Q: I’m a speaker at the event, can I join the panel virtually if I’m unable to travel?

A: The number one priority at the Clinical Trial Billing & Research Compliance Summit is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the Royal Sonesta New Orleans on how to provide a safe and secure environment.

As we move towards the start of the live event on June 20, 2022, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.

Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
A: All attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry.
Q: What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: How do I show proof of vaccination?
A: After you register, you will be contacted by Health Shield via a text on your cell phone. You can upload official proof of vaccination via the Health Shield text messaging application. You can also provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon check-in at registration by presenting digital or printed documentation from a testing provider.
Q: If I test positive before the Clinical Trial Billing & Research Compliance Summit and must isolate, will I be able to get a refund?
