The Clinical Trial Billing & Research Compliance Summit will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards the start of the live event on June 20, 2022, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.

Onsite safety measures will be implemented from the moment you step into the Fairmont San Francisco, including but not limited to:

• Together with the Royal Sonesta New Orleans and adhering to strict CDC guidelines, we are also working closely with any of our vendors to continue to follow a rigorous safety regimen when interacting with our community
• Widened and larger networking areas
• Touchless hand sanitizer
• Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas

A: All attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry.

A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose). 

A: After you register, you will be contacted by Health Shield via a text on your cell phone. You can upload official proof of vaccination via the Health Shield text messaging application. You can also provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon check-in at registration by presenting digital or printed documentation from a testing provider.

A: Guests are encouraged to wear face coverings in all indoor public spaces, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings are still required for individuals who are not fully vaccinated.
